One question, WHY IS IT SO DAMN HARD TO DRINK ENOUGH WATER?!
It’s FREE.
It’s always there.
It’s good for you.
And yet…..we’re running on 1% hydration and 99% delusion.
Okay so, water is the basic guy of beverages. No flavour, no sparkle, no drama.
It’s the “good for you” choice your mom wants you to marry.
Meanwhile, we’re out here chasing coffee like it’s toxic ex with great hair.
Water says, “I’ll nourish your body.”
Coke says, “I’m fun and chaotic. Let’s ruin your sleep.”
Guess who wins? Every. Damn. Time.
Every time we actually feel thirsty, our brain goes:
“Hmm, maybe… bubble tea or some Fanta or a milkshake maybee….?”
But brain also knows it’s never reliable. Especially when it comes to basic self-care.
Hydration? She doesn’t know her.
You bought a cute bottle. It’s pink. It has a straw.
It literally says, “You got this, queen!”
