We are opening a contest to reward our editors.
Editing is not fun and especially it is done for free.
I know that most subscribers to the publication are new here and most likely have just started submitting drafts to the pub.
Many are new to Medium, and I want to say welcome to the new writers who join in each newsletter I send.
As you may know, each publication on Medium is run differently for its own purpose, we like to share and see our writer grow, like a graduation.
We are here to work together to improve and move forward, there are many medium rules that you should know, you can look them up.
As a community, we want to make sure you at least start on the right path rather than falling into different bad habits of chasing the shiny object of practice that is not permitted by Medium.
However, my goal for this post is actually trying to give our editor more credit for their hard work over the months.
