Welcome to The Penny Pub, a boost-eligible publication! Please consider Penny as though it were your favorite neighborhood pub or coffee shop. A place you might frequent after work for brief but inspired conversations. The Penny Pub focuses on culture and lifestyle-related prompts. We seek to champion the voices of diverse people and spark conversation about topics affecting those who are diverse. In addition to prompts about culture and lifestyle, we include specific prompts for those who are neurodiverse and for those who are queer. We invite writers to drop by and share their unique thoughts on our twice-monthly prompts, posted each first and third Monday. We hope to encourage community engagement and a deeper understanding of cultural issues through responses to our thoughtful prompts. We challenge writers to share and engage with others who respond. At Penny, we value both new and seasoned writers, queer writers, and neurodivergent writers. For those new to the platform, we consider it a privilege to work with you to help your stories shine.
