Is it really so easy to save the world entirely and for good? Is this solution really logical and applicable?
Yes, it is. Let me tell you why, but first, just imagine this: One day you wake up in the morning and when you open social media, you see a hashtag that you don’t understand. It is being shared everywhere. But still, you can’t understand it and you realize that Adele has something to do with this hashtag. Adele, the world-famous singer. Anyway, that day you are very busy. You deal with your work until the evening. In the evening, you barely make it home and you turn on the news. You see that Rihanna has also shared something with that hashtag. According to what is announced on the news, Rihanna and Adele have shared the “Project That Will Save the World.” Now everyone is discussing this project. According to what is being said, it is very likely to change the world in a short time. It has already reached two billion people. Right now it has become the most talked-about content in the world. 1. How Will This Project Overcome Totalitarian Regimes?
First of all, this project is already based on the power of the peoples, and on the most basic desires of all of us — ORDINARY PEOPLES (the desire for a life without war and in prosperity), and thanks to social media and the internet, it gathers the people who are separated by borders created by states, bringing them together and thus making them aware of each other and calling the entire world population to act as one whole in harmony.
Therefore, its target audience is not a group of rich elites, nor a handful of politicians. 8 BILLION PEOPLE!!! The people of countries like China, Russia, etc., will also want to support this project, and so will the peoples of Europe and America! Because nobody wants irregular migration. The people do not want war!!! The people do not want poverty! People want to be able to travel the world freely and in a civilized manner! People do not want one person to be many times superior to another. The majority of people just want to be rich and healthy! This is the wish of more than 99% of the people in this world.
Therefore, when the people occupy all social media with the hashtag of this project, and spread this project all over the internet, and organize protests in all the streets, and occupy all news channels and talk shows, and when they invite their governments to establish this World Organization, the governments will inevitably have to come together, and in order to bring to life an international and egalitarian mechanism that has authority and influence over all of them, they will all play an effective role “under the encouragement and supervision of the people.”
Yes, even if some regimes like China and Russia do not want to join this at first, in this global world, the people will push them, and after the Organization is established, they will probably have to bow to various boycotts, sanctions, and pressures, so they will actually accept it right from the beginning! 2. How Can We Be Sure That the Delegates of This Organization, Which Will Govern the Whole World, Are the Most Competent, Most Qualified, and the Best People in the World?
The candidates who are to be elected to the Organization must meet certain criteria. That’s the first thing. Secondly, it should be noted that the delegates to be elected to the Institution will be chosen by 8 billion people. At first, this might seem illogical! But think of it this way: in every country, whether good or bad, there is a functioning system and order. THIS PROJECT, MOREOVER, IS DESIGNED BASED ON INCORRUPTIBILITY. Every person will be able to vote only in the neighborhood where they have been residing for at least 6 months, and they will not be able to nominate anyone outside their own neighborhood. They will suggest/nominate the most trustworthy and capable candidate — whom they believe meets the criteria — in their own neighborhood to the neighborhood headman’s office or the notary office. (The elections are held at the lowest possible level. Therefore, the starting point of the election area is at the scale of either a notary or a neighborhood. That is, a neighborhood or an area the size of two or three neighborhoods, but NOT as large as a district!) In this way, millions of names will be gathered from around the world, selected in this closed and limited environment. This makes it secure and observational.

3. How Can Such a Global Organization Survive Economically, and How Will It Be Founded?
I have mentioned that in order for the Organization to be established, first the peoples and then the governments need to come together. When governments come together, they will sign an agreement to establish the Organization. The people will pressure and guide the governments to sign this agreement as soon as possible. One of the conditions of the agreement will be that all states reduce their military spending, create an international economic fund, and decide to hand over this fund to the joint control of international economics and accounting experts to ensure it can operate transparently and be audited properly.
Later, large portions of the states’ military budgets will be transferred to this fund. Additionally, money will be collected voluntarily from people and the wealthy around the world. (When we remember that billions of dollars were raised within hours for Notre Dame Cathedral, it is obvious that this economic power will, within hours, become one of the world’s largest economic forces.)
Moreover, the fact that it will always be transparent and audited, and governed democratically by the best international experts in the world, shows that this institution will begin with a strong economy from the start. Then this Organization will make proposals to various companies through different plans, incorporate the companies that wish to join, and purchase those companies. The Organization will acquire a broad investment portfolio economically and will begin to manage stock markets both directly and indirectly, always prioritizing the interests of all peoples.
It should be remembered that it is mandatory for citizens from different nations to work in all units of the Organization. Additionally, the Organization will be constantly audited and reported by an international platform. The Organization will have its own independent press, broadcasting, and judiciary body, and it will operate like an international world state without boundaries. Since there will be equal participation of all the world’s peoples in this state, it will also be both very easy and very logical for this state to regulate the relations between all other states without interfering too much in their internal affairs.

4. How Will the Organization Remain Incorruptible?
As I mentioned in the previous section, it will be mandatory for people from different nations and continents to work in every unit of the Organization! But before we get to that, let’s recall how the Organization will begin its operations: we said that the peoples will come together and force the governments to make an agreement. When the governments come together, they will establish a new and temporary Unified Nations Assembly with completely equal participation rights.

For example, personnel to work at the Institution’s headquarters might be selected as follows: an ordinary soldier from Germany, a well-known honest and trustworthy officer from Japan, a service worker from among the people in America, a smart and virtuous office administrator from Africa, and so on.
These selected individuals will also be required to bring guarantors (vouchers) from among the public, and all of their information will be transparent and accessible 24/7 during the selection time period. Thus, any member of the public will always be able to object to the employment of these individuals at the Organization, and every objection will be meticulously reviewed. After a few months, once a sufficient number of suitable individuals have been gathered without significant objections, selections will be made randomly, and people from different nations and continents will begin to serve in each Organization building and unit.
This way, these individuals will constantly monitor each other, and an international audit mechanism will also be established using a similar method. Although sharing these candidates’ information may initially seem like a security weakness, it must be remembered that we are talking about an international structure, and after being selected, these individuals’ addresses will be changed, and they will be protected under the Organization’s protection.
It is also important to note that the Organization’s inspection mechanism will continuously audit various parts of the Organization completely randomly and indefinitely, 24/7. This incorruptibility is so crucial that the Organization’s high-ranking, highly intelligent, and capable delegates may, if they wish, establish several independent and completely secret inspection mechanisms known only to themselves. (Since three candidates will be selected from each country, each candidate may have knowledge of and responsibility for a separate inspection mechanism.)
In addition, except for the Organization’s most secret units, the entire Organization will forever operate with transparency and publicly available data, and since it will serve the public directly, it will always be observable and reportable.
Furthermore, the Organization will also establish its own press and broadcasting organization, which will be completely independent of all powers, ideologies, and motivations, using a similar logic. Journalists and media personnel working under this Organization will undoubtedly be a multinational, institutional, and trustworthy source both for reporting corruption around the world and for reporting internal corruption within the Organization itself.
5. How Will Weapons Be Collected? Is This Safe?
First, let’s ask: Is the existence of weapons safe at all? It is clear that the world’s largest corporations are closely tied to the arms industry, and that many governments are actively supporting terrorism and organized crime. In truth, the insecurity around the world revolves around the rivalries between states, and it is perpetually funded by a handful of profit-hungry elites.
However, in a world ruled by peace, where governments are constantly monitored by all peoples and where an international popular force stronger than any state exists, governments themselves will be the first to eliminate such criminal networks. Even before the Organization is officially established, governments will either declare all-out war against illegal activities or hastily withdraw and cover their tracks.
The wealthy men of a bunch who constantly fund these illegal activities, isolated from the corrupt structures they once relied upon, will have no choice but to seek the favor of the people. To preserve their influence and protect their fortunes, they will start cooperating with the Organization. And in doing so, they will also ensure their wealth continues to grow — this time within a system that serves justice, not oppression.
In other words, the worst among the wicked will be forcefully reformed; future crimes will be prevented, and — unfortunately but necessarily — past atrocities will likely be forgiven. (This is a price that must be paid.) But what matters is that, from this point forward, we will be building a magnificent world: a peaceful, exploitation-free environment where the gap between rich and poor steadily closes, yet both can continue to prosper.

Dolayısıyla kötü güçlerin bir aday belirleme ve o adayı herhangi bir mahallede seçtirmeleri hem neredeyse imkansız, hem de tamamen mantıksız. Çünkü sonraki aşamada da halkların bizzat tanıyarak en güvenilir ve becerikli olarak seçtiği kişiler bir üst kademede kendi aralarından en iyi olanları seçecekler. Böyle böyle halkın ünlü ve tanınmış kimselerden oluşmayan gerçekten eğitimli ve dürüst insanları birbirleri arasından en iyileri seçerek sırasıyla ilçe, il bölge ve ülkenin en erdemli vatandaşlarını seçerek Kurum’a delege olarak gönderecekler. Gördüğünüz gibi herhangi bir kötücül gücün bu sisteme sızması neredeyse imkansızdır. Çünkü bu seçimi halk organize eder, halk 7/24 sosyal medya vb. kanallarla ve devletlerin ve halkların kontrolündeki şeffaf seçim metoduyla kontrol eder ve sonunda da en dürüst adaylar kendi aralarında en dürüst seçimleri yaparak aralarından en iyilerin en iyilerini seçerler. 3. Böyle Global Çapta Bir Oluşum Ekonomik Olarak Nasıl Ayakta Kalabilecek ve Nasıl Kurulacak?
Kurumun kurulabilmesi için önce halkların ve sonra da devletlerin bir araya gelmesi gerektiğinden bahsetmiştim. Hükümetler bir araya geldikleri zaman Kurum’un kurulması için bir anlaşma imzalayacaklar. Bu anlaşmanın en kısa sürede imzalanması için halklar hükümetlere baskı ve yönlendirmelerde bulunacaktır. Anlaşmanın şartlarından birisi de bütün devletlerin askeri harcamalarını kısması, uluslararası bir ekonomik fon oluşturulması ve bu fonun şeffaf bir şekilde denetlenip çalışabilmesi için de uluslararası ekonomi ve muhasebe uzmanlarının ortak kontrolüne devredilmesine karar verilir. Daha sonra Devletlerin askeri harcamalarının büyük kısımları bu fona devredilir. Ayrıca dünya genelindeki halktan ve zenginlerden de gönüllüü olarak para toplanır. (Notre Dame kilisesi için saatler içinde milyarlarca dolar toplandığı hatırlandığında bu ekonomik gücün saatler içinde dünyanın en büyük ekonomik güçlerinden birisi olacağı aşikardır.) Ayrıca sürekli şeffaf ve denetlenir halde olması, dünyanın en iyi uzmanları tarafından demokratik bir yolla yönetilmesi de bu kurumun ilk başta güçlü bir ekonomiyle başlayacağını gösterir. Sonra bu Kurum çeşitli planlamalarla çeşitli şirketlere teklifler yapar ve isteyen şirketleri bünyesine katar, o şirketleri satın alır. Kurum ekonomik olarak geniş bir yatırım portföyüne sahip olur ve hem direkt olarak hem de dolaylı yoldan borsaları tüm halkların çıkarlarını gözeterek yönetmeye başlar. 4. Kurum Nasıl Yozlaşmaz Olacaktır?
Bir önceki başlıkta da belirttiğim üzere Kurum’un her bir biriminde farklı millet ve kıtalardan insanların çalışması mecburi olacaktır! Ama buraya gelmeden önce Kurum’un çalışmaya nasıl başlayacağını tekrar hatırlayalım: Halklar bir araya gelecek ve devletleri anlaşma yapmaya zorlayacak demiştik. Devletler bir araya geldiğinde tamamen eşit katılım hakkıyla yeni ve geçici bir birleşmiş milletler toplantısı kurmuş olacaklar. Bu toplantı sırasında devletlerin yıllardan beri süregelen tecrübe ve birikimlerinden yararlanılarak Çeşitli Kurum binalarının yapımına başlanacak. Ayrıca yine bu binalarda çalışacak olan kişiler şeffaf olarak bu devletlerin kontrolünde (katılımcı tüm devletlerin istihbarat birimleri tarafından ayrı ayrı raporlanan ve incelenerek) bütün hayatları kayıtlı ve kanıtlı, güvenilir devlet memurlarından farklı milletlerden seçilmiş olacaklardır. Yani örnek olarak Kurumun genel merkezinde çalışacak olan güvenlik görevlileri Almanya’dan sıradan bir asker, Japonya’dan tanınan dürüst ve güvenilir bir subay, Amerika’dan halktan bir hizmetli, Afrika’dan akıllı ve erdemli bir büro yöneticisi vs. olarak seçilecektir. Bu seçilen kişilerin halktan kefiller de getirmesi istenecek ve hepsinin bilgileri 7/24 şeffaf ve erişilebilir olacaktır. Dolayısıyla bu kişilerin Kurum’da çalışmasına halktan herhangi bir kişi her zaman itiraz edebilir olacaktır ve her itiraz titizlikle değerlendirilmeye alınacaktır. Birkaç aylık süreç sonunda yeterli itirazsız yeterli kişi sayısına ulaşıldığında seçimler rastgele olarak yapılacak ve her bir Kurum binasında ve biriminde farklı milletlerden farklı kıtalardan kişiler görev yapmaya başlayacaktır. Dolayısıyla bu kişiler de sürekli birbirlerini denetleyebilecek, ayrıca yine benzer bir yöntemle uluslararası bir denetim mekanizması da kurulacaktır. Bu adayların bilgilerinin ppaylaşılması da ilk başta güvenlik zaafiyeti gibi görülebilse de aslında yine uluslararası çapta bir yapılanmadan söz edildiği ve bu kişilerin Kurum’a seçildikten sonra adreslerinin değiştirilecği ve Kurum koruması altına alınacağı da unutulmamalıdır. Kurum’un denetim mekanizmasının da 7/24 sürekli olarak Kurum’un çeşitli kısımlarını tamamen rast gele şekilde sonsuza kadar denetleyeceği unutulmamalıdır. Bu yozlaşmazlık o kadar önemlidir ki Kurum’un yüksek şahsiyetli ve pek zeki ve kabiliyetli delegeleri isterlerse birbirinden bağımsız ve tamamen gizli çalışan sadece kendilerinin bildikleri birkaç adet denetleyici mekanizma kurdurabilirler. (Her ülkeden üç aday seçileceği için her adayın bildiği ve sorumlu olduğu ayrı bir denetleme mekanizması da olabilir.) Ayrıca Kurum’un en gizli birimleri hariç tamamı sonsuza kadar şeffaf ve halka açık verilerle çalışacak ve halka direkt hizmet vereceği için de sürekli gözlemlenebilir ve raporlanır olacaktır. Ayrıca Kurum’un yine benzer bir mantıkla bütün güç,ideoloji ve motivasyonlardan bağımsız olarak oluşturacağı kendi basın ve yayın organizasyonuna bağlı çalışan gazeteci ve basın yayın organı mensupları da olacak ve hiç şüphesiz ki bunlar da hem dünyadaki yolsuzlukların raporlanması hem de Kurum içi yolsuzlukların raporlanması açısından çok uluslu ve kurumsal ve güvenilir bir adres olacaktır.
5. Silahlar Nasıl Toplanılacak? Bu güvenli mi?
Öncelikle silahların olması güvenli mi? Dünyanın en büyük şirketlerinin silah şirketleriyle bağlantılı olduğu, ayrıca devletlerin de teröre ve mafyaya destek verdiği çok açıktır. Yani dünyadaki güvensizlik ortamı sürekli devletlerin rekabetleri etrafında şekillenmekte ve çıkarcı bir grup zengin tarafından da fonlanmaktadır. Fakat barışın hakim olduğu, devletlerin sürekli bütün halklar tarafından denetlendiği ve bütün devletlerden daha güçlü uluslararası bir halk gücünün olduğu bir ortamda hiç şüphesiz ki hükümetler bu tür girişimleri direkt olarak kendileri kesecek ve daha Kurum kurulmadan bütün yasadışı faaliyetlere karşı ya savaş açacak ya da bütün kanıtları yok etmek üzere hepsinden el etek çekecektir. Zenginler de bu şekilde yalnız bırakılacakları için mecburen halka yaranmaya çalışacak ve Kurum’a yardım ederek elde ettikleri gücü korumaya ve hatta zenginliklerinin artarak devam etmesi için Kurum’la işbirliği yapmaya devam edeceklerdir. Yani Kötülerin en kötüleri zorla islah edilecek, gelecekte yapılan kötülükler sonlandırılacak, çok büyük ihtimalle geçmişte yapılanlar affedilecek, (Bu maalesef ödenmesi gereken bir bedeldir) ve en azından bundan sonra tamamen barışçıl, sömürünün olmadığı, zenginle fakir arasında devasa bir uçurumun olmadığı ama zenginin de fakirin de giderek zenginleşmeye devam ettiği muhteşem bir ortam inşa edilecektir.
