Cure For The Most Dangerous Virus:

This statement is written in the period between mid-2019 and mid-2020. It took its final form while the covid-19 (commonly known as coronavirus) was still accelerating its great influence on the planet. It has been released on voteone.com for the first time in English. Right after that, has been shared on different sites on the internet and released to the public opinion. The original statement is written in the Turkish language and must be noticed that there might be possible imperfections in English translation. Any siblings of world citizens can correct possible imperfections in the translated version (if they are certain about their accuracy, because the words are picked very carefully by THE AUTHOR) or they may contribute to the Statement with their comments. The main one which needs to be considered is the one that has been written in the Turkish language. English version has been written to reach our siblings easily because The English language is a world language and the language of technology.¹ For the original statement; must consult this Twitter account: @Mim_Emre. On this account, both versions are shared with the possibility of future corrections (by the people who will adopt this project as their own) and comments which could be conducting.

It consists of 3 sections: “Manifest, Declaration and Call, and The Way”.

Manifest section is for all the sibling citizens of the world who (could) have not found an opportunity to think about the cure for the virus that causes all diseases damaging our world and hurting the lives on it. Declaration and Call section is to make all the siblings who are being the citizens of the world come together and be united to lead their governments to the step which will fulfill The Way. And last but not least; The Way section is to prove how easy to build the civilized structure that could finally maintain peace on the world forever.

Think about that one day you are walking on the road. A reliever someone that you couldn’t discern their face because of the heat of the moment, comes and puts a rose into your hands with a rush and says: “This, thornless flower is a magical rose that could wipe out all the evil from the world.” And only after you took a few steps in a perplexed manner and turned the corner, you bump into a scene with a lunatic holding a remote controller of a bomb that could crash all the world and you have just bumped into that lunatic face to face. Helicopters from news channels are flying over and you are surrounded by police forces. You don’t know how but you are at the very center of the possible crime scene and you can see clearly that your life is at stake also. And suddenly you remember the man before the corner and focus on the rose that you’re holding and the remote controller in the lunatic’s hands. Nothing but two of you.. You can see the lunatics’ every motion, every intention because of that much you are focused on the situation. Lunatic looks at you, and you understand that the lunatic is about to push the button. What would you have done if you were in that position?! What would you do?

According to public surveys that have been executed in different countries around the world; almost fifty percent of the people in every country don’t think -or didn’t think at some points during the pandemic- that the coronavirus is a real thing. Or they think it is a made-up disease, or even if it is a real disease which has been mutated all naturally, even so; they believe it is used or still being used for manipulation somehow by the dark forces or by the subjects of the conspiracy theories and those dark forces make the coronavirus an overstated matter somehow to change the world as they wish.

It is not the purpose of this statement to probe what are these thought’s reasons and if they were right, because it is obviously wrong to accuse people who constitute almost fifty percent of peoples in every single country and it doesn’t matter which half is that because the amount is almost is the same for every country, but to make that point clear; there is a fact that occurs in every situation: What if someone starts a biological attack and this attack would emerge later? It is likely the same; what if someone starts a nuclear attack then what happens? Is there anyone who is not afraid of that?!

There is a power which the majority has no effect on it and this power is such a power that can destroy and devastate this world. Actually, there are a lot of powers that the majority has no effect on them and all of them are relevant to armament and to war.

By force of the Covid-19 (commonly known as coronavirus) some changes have happened in our lifestyles. Our social order — which is, in fact, full of disorders, which within we have ignored the indecorum acts of ourselves, which they are ill-fitted to the modern age’s mentality and to the cultural background of humanity that ranged over centuries, even more, hundreds of centuries and that we weren’t bothered by thinking about famines, scarcities, pollution — is interrupted. We must be sad and worry of course about this deplorable outbreak and we are. The world has been through worse but in this case, there is an obscurity and this outbreak may cause other worse scenarios. So, we have finally started to brood, to think. And this! Whenever humankind had started to think thoroughly about things, the world has always gone better. So we must think thoroughly in these times the things that we already should have thought of.

Because of our lifestyles interrupted; there are fishes in Venice, water and sky are now cleaning; the pollution that kills our cities, our world, our lungs is started to evanescing. Our dying world is now polluting less and as feared; as we were almost about to reach an irreversible situation about the world’s lastingness, finally we have time to just stop and think about it.

At this point, please also think about this; most likely, this is a global problem: Intercity bus firms weren’t cleaning their seats and now they are cleaning every day! Everyday! Some bus firms have packed their seats in order to make cleaning easier. Was that so hard?! Is it supposed to be like this way? Like some plague had to come for someone finally could be able to think, to process this? I mean what century do we live in?! This is the 21st century! This age’s people should already have thought about matters like this and should have found solutions already. Can you see the problematic way of lifestyle of insensitivity? Everywhere already should have been cleaned in this century. And we should have not been dealing with these kinds of issues.* It is so easy to clean a bus firm’s seats! We are the 21st-century civilization. And there are more obviously irrational problems like smoking. People should not smoke if they are in public spaces or open areas, people should not make wars, people definitely should not die because of famine, because of oil wars, because of someone’s wars; the children should not die, must not! There must be flying cars everywhere. Every child must be able to smile! This is a must for all of us! We all have kids or relatives we care about, that we feel compassion about. There are some lives for all of us that we are fond of. How can we keep going with our millennial process if we can not solve these kinds of simple problems?! Are we still going to deal with petroleum wars?! Or are we going to build a future in which energy-efficient flying cars hovering around smiling children’s cities? What century we are in?!

Did we see what happens if we don’t develop the system properly? Did we see how hard to fight against the common enemies of mankind like coronavirus?! What would happen if we could be united back then. If all the world could be united, and if the governments hadn’t spent a total sum of two

trillion dollars each year (for years) on their militaries and much more for binding up the wounds caused by firearms and wars; do you think coronavirus could have been a pandemic? Now it is a pandemic and we are suffering. Our world was already dying, polluting more and more and glaciers have been melting, and new viruses and microbes might come up. They are going to come up actually either they would be dangerous or beneficial. What are we going to do then? We have barely stood this one so far and there could be more!

According to NASA’s reports; a lot of extraordinary events might occur and these events might cause mass chaos and disasters also. For instance; in 2012, the effects of massive super solar storms on the surface of the sun could have reached one week early to our beloved world and in this case scenario, there could have been a mass blackout or maybe a global blackout on earth. Planes could be grounded and car accidents may have occurred globally. Some continents may have lost their electricity. And some of the regions on the globe; people even couldn’t have flushed their toilets due to lack of electricity. And people could be really savage in these kinds of times. There are some vandalism events that have been occurring in several places even during this coronavirus outbreak. Not because of human’s true nature, but because of they have been living in this system for a very very long time. If the system wouldn’t change, there will be other unpleasant events. And those kinds of solar storms are happening constantly and they affect our electronic systems and even the geological systems of our world. Do you think what could happen to the 8 billion people in dark?²

The world is almost doomed to its end. Some reports say that if all the countries would come together to eliminate the negative effects of climate change, they (we) cannot be able to change or reverse those effects. This means climate change is irreversible already. If something miraculous does not happen. And this statement has been written to make that MIRACULOUS THING occurs to everyone, to show and prove that by a daily behavior that all of us are doing every day, that miraculous solution may come. Just keep reading please.

Remember the movies in ’90s and ‘2000s. They were containing the hopes and oozes of cultural accumulation of human race, that oozed through thousands of years and from all of the experiences throughout history. Those movies represented the millennium world as it is full of technological prosperity. Far from this, there are millions and millions of children who die because of scarcities!

We are all relatives. Doesn’t matter which belief system that you are into. Either believe Adam or believe science; we are coming from the same ancestors and we are all relatives. We are siblings. And our children are dying. Our childrens (a lot of our children from different countries) are crying out loud even if we can’t hear them, we know this. Scientifically, we are brothers and sisters of each other. Those people who are being our siblings are dying. And in fact; Wars don’t take place on borders, wars become borders. And because we couldn’t cross those borders, corruption and malice take root and our donations and charities cannot be able to reach their destinations. And sometimes there is news saying that some of the humanitarian foundations could have been involved in monkey business (dark bidnesses, nasty business) like slave trading.

These mentioned borders are not political nor geographical. These are the borders, sets, barriers, obstacles that have been created on the minds and hearts by the wars. Trust is lost. There are mischief, fog, and contamination almost everywhere. Most of the species are wiped off the face of the earth because of human’s lifestyles. As the living species are annihilated and the forests are burned, also millions of people, scientists, knowledge and accumulations and artifacts and branches of arts and science are wiped away because of US; careless and reckless humans. Most of the livings are dying in fires shouting and screaming (you may take this either as metaphorical or as physical).

Let not the technology nor the weapons of any kind control our lives, let we control them.

If all of these would be thought thoroughly, it will be seen that all of them come to the same point: ARMAMENT is the cause and DISARMAMENT is obligatory. All of these happens because of the non-ending wars and conflicts. Wars and conflicts that generated by greed and misunderstandings of humans. But we are in the 21st century now and different opinions can come together and discuss their differences and ideas and even make fun of them thanks to the notion of civilization. And in this age of interaction, people can feel empathy for others easily by interacting with them on various platforms and even make sacrifices for others more often and sincerely. Humans were never been civilized this much. Let us use this civilization, let’s use this whole accumulation. Humans were never been this much crowded. Let’s use us, let’s use our crowd. We are so strong with technology, with the power of social media. But not the technology that violating and labeling, the technology that makes us strong and unified, that respects our privacy and individuality. Let not the technology nor the weapons of any kind control our lives, let we control them.

Humanity is now highly developed. And it is the only moment, which moment that we are on the edge of self-destruction, it is the only moment that we have the exact potential, mental maturity and civilization level, this is the time that we can save the planet, that we can create an order without wars and firearms and create a technological and prosper world. All of the evil that the world had been through, all of the evils that have been mentioned in this statement above are because of the weapons. Nuclear, biological, chemical weapons, and all kinds of firearms. Think about it, if anyone wouldn’t be able to use weapons, even for threatening, what world would be this earth. Think about it, with our current technology; if no one can use any weapons that could be able to cause mass kills..

There are trillions of dollars that have been spent on weapons. And if we include the private sector in this; there are tens of trillions of dollars on the war, on the strife between siblings. If we use this money to live better, healthier and comfortable; we can end global warming, we all can have flying cars, we all can love our grandsons; and our last breaths would be fresh and smiley. It is not as hard as to be thought. It is as easy as putting one brick on another. I challenge you to think: Think about you are standing in front of a killer who holds a remote controller of a bomb that can kill every single human on the earth. And you are holding a harmless rose. If you only hand out that rose to that killer, the bomb will not explode, and you know the killer is about to push the button. What would you do? And that, this whole power is endowed to you!

Declaration and Call:

Weapons have always been an element of aversiveness in history. It has, however, been a reality of the world’s history, in fact, it doesn’t suit the aspects of civilization of modern-day mankind. Just as despotism, prohibition of Basic education, child marriage and slavery, etc… Although these might be existing in an obscure way, ( and some important parts of them are relevant directly or indirectly to

disarmament not being a dominant and preponderant idea ) the civilized society is against them with every single fiber of their beings. And these reluctations, we all know by heart, are right and just if we think based on reason and/or civilization. Moreover, if we can make our conscience’s voice the only voice, we would acknowledge that it is maybe the most important and primer issue on the globe. And here, the SOCIAL MOVEMENT in this declaration depends on the discretion that people HAVE about ending slavery, banning child marriage etc. and sees non-disarmament as bad as they are, and by that way, calls people to an act that aims to prove that people can change the world only with a simple action like batting an eyelash.

A global disarmament is not hard as much as to be thought. It is not a thing like fasting that only some virtuous or assiduous people have thoughts on performing, it is not a thing like resisting basic instincts. It is so easy that if peoples (in every country) could start a Trend Topic campaign (yet people do this every day, it is that much easy to save the world), and staging a few protests right after (but carefully about peace and health and social distance), then even the dark men and corrupted governments or companies — that only think about money but about human lives — can not resist such a movement, such a force of nations, sane peoples around the world.

It all takes to do three simple actions: read the manifest, share it or its link with the hashtag(s) and gather for staging some peaceful and safe protests.

If you believe in this, these three actions will give the world a unity for disarmament and we all will have achieved this together.

Our world is dying because of wars and pissing contest that measures who has the bigger nuclear headset or army. Even a small percentage of people who try to save the world can not and would not manage to save because of this political race that draws all the attention on itself. We must not forget that we all are brothers and sisters from Adam, or that we all are coming from the same ancestors. And we must understand that this is our first and last chance to make this happen because The most beautiful part is, the human race has now reached enough maturity to make this happen. WE CAN MAKE DISARMAMENT HAPPEN! For sure, and for good!

After that, believe that; every people from all around the world will start to believe and share this declaration more and more. And later, after a bit time, politics will start to think that if it could be really done. And right that moment people(s) will go out to gather for peaceful protests. In the U.S., U.K., France, Korea, Japan… and in every possible country people will go outside from their homes for one purpose. And governments can not remain unresponsive to such a scene that every nation goes out and stage protests like they are one and together, and you know what, they are! At this point, peoples will call their nations and leaders for a referendum campaign. Governments will have had to think about forming an organization for disarmament because of this unity. An organisation like NATO; but for peace, not for war. And not with limited participation, but a participation of each and every possible country on the planet. This organisation will be over all kinds of governments and organisations. So please; do not stop sharing until you achieve your goal. And here is what it takes after: THE WAY

Procedure and The Constitution of THE ORGANISATION:

Article 1_ Foundation of The Organisation:

After creating enough public opinion and leading governments to form The Organisation, the first and the most important step to take is for the official delegates (diplomats) from all world nations; to sign this agreement and reproduce it and share it from the official WorldWideWeb channels which indicates that: They are ( these delegates and their governments and the nations which those governments have been representing )accepting and acknowledging that; this organisation is superior from all kinds of organisations, administrations, and governments and is above them all and has an administering power over every country in any kind of state of war or in cases of strong possibility of war.³ ( please look fn. 3) THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT STEP BECAUSE IT AIMS TO prove that the nations give their hearts to this issue and this MAKES them united, and makes the CIVILIZATED MAJORITY RULE in a CONSANGUINeous manner. (BROTHERLY, SISTERLY, FRATERNATALLY, SORORALLY, SIBLINGLY, with a consciousness of being siblings of each other and having same rights as we are equal in being world citizens.)

Article 2_ Designation of the Delegates of The Organisation:

And so; the second step is sending delegates. (These delegates are different from the ones mentioned above in the previous article. After forming The Organisation, each and every participant nation will have to choose their delegates who will be working in the decision-making mechanism of The Organisation.) Every country must select and send its delegates immediately. All delegates must have at least a bachelor’s degree and must receive a vote of confidence from their nations and social environments.⁴ (fn. 4)

3 <fn. 3: By signing the agreement Each country, their delegates and the nations which are represented by their delegates would accept that; no one of the delegates or any one of the countries is superior to another and as so; any of the organisations, foundations, companies, governments, states, administrations, congregations or persons can influence or interfere in THE ORGANISATION by manipulating or forcing its delegates or their votes or decisions or acts, or their countries and nations. Any elements of oppression that could be able to impress or affect the Decisions of The Organisation can not take place in the Organisation or out of it. Any kind of such political pressure will be seen as the worst enemy of The Peace and equality, by all nations and their delegates. The Organisation is isolated from every kind of political idea, figure, power. It takes decisions objectively by voting (by the results of equal votes of every single delegate). The Delegates will announce how the votings will be executed and how the management of sessions will have proceeded after a meeting about this matter in The Organisation. The Decision is up to them. Apart from that, The Delegates of the Organisation can take decisions to change the method and running of the organisation. But those decisions shall not be contrary to the essential founding purposes and basic tenets which had been written by the original author of this statement as ideas or as contents of articles in this statement.
To form The Organisation there must be at least 120 countries who are willing to form it and send their delegates, — excluding the top 5 countries that have the most expenditures on military, if they are included then there must be at least 125 countries that signed this agreement or so… — and this is the required amount for forming the organisation. Because the others shall join later. Essentiality is THE PEACE. So The Organisation keeps open house (leave its door open) for every country in the world. But to those who choose to join later, there might be an entrance fee.>

And in the settlement hierarchy, in each step of the process, there will be a veto right to those who don’t want to choose that name as a delegate. For instance; if a politician’s name would pass the neighborhood level, then she/he will pass to the district level, and the settlers of the district will have a right to veto. If one-third of the district would not like to veto the politician’s name then(s)he will pass the provincial level. Settlers of the province will have a right to veto even if no one used their veto rights for that politician up until that level. And this goes on like this. At last, if a politician could be selected on all levels, then the decision belongs to the whole nation. If one-third of the nation would not accept, then the politician will be disqualified. If more than two-thirds of the majority would accept, then s(he) will be a delegate. This rule stands only for the politicians’ names due to the prevention of unfair competition. — And to get back to the qualification of the nominees; they must be known for having high intelligence and good character, strict to their cultural backgrounds, must have high honour and intelligence to bring and establish peace on the planet, must be known for having love and will to be a good person. People can write down any names who have these characteristic properties or the ones who are very close to these peculiarities. Then each people who know these kinds of persons around them and write their names on a list, will give the list to the local authorities like sheriffs or headmans etc.. All of the lists will be given in the presence of a notary public. And to make it easier to bring forth the virtuous people, notaries must send a notary or a representative to the local administrations. When the given time expires for which writing and delivering the names, all names will be announced on the internet and (not or) by the local authorities. Every person whose name is announced has a right to withdraw and be not a nominee.
After that, these names will be called for a meeting event, and in this event, they will interact and be acquainted with each other and familiarise. After this familiarization, each one will write a list on which her/his own name is not written. All lists will be delivered to the local authorities anonymously. The top three names will be nominees and have the right to pass to the next level of the settlement’s event. From neighborhood to provinces, from provinces to cities, from cities to states and these meetings go on and on till the whole country will select three names. At last, these three names will be the delegates from those countries and will be going to work in The Organisation and for all siblings of the world citizens. There must be 3(three) delegates without exception from each and every country (eventually) on the planet. If a country can not put up 3 delegates due to various reasons, then the actions that could solve their problems about putting up 3 delegates will be postponed to talk about taking care of their problems by The Organisation Delegates.
If a country does not have a university, that country may send its delegates from persons that had studied abroad, and if the country did not have a student like that, then they will have to wait to send a delegate. It is stated that how the elections shall be.
If a governments’ autonomy is controversial by the releasing date of this statement on the internet — which means; if a government is not accepted (recognized) as official (autonomous, legal, authorized) by at least one government(country) that has been accepted as legal by most of the official governments on the planet, its current state is considered as controversial. Or if a government is accepted as official by one of the official governments (which that one also needs to be accepted as an official government by most of the official governments in the world)yet the others don’t accept it as an official government, then that government’s current state considered as controversial too- these controversial governments’ status will be delayed to be taken on the table after. The same goes for the borders and regions also. Claims which pop up after the first sharing of this statement on the internet are insignificant and solutions will be sought only for the ongoing claims since before this Statement’s release date. ( which is 29 June 2020 ) If an area or region is disputed, that area/region will be announced as a ceasefire area/region and its situation will be delayed for being put on the table. In that area, Organisation forces will guarantee the peace until its situation become clear. Until the Organisation provides the necessaries needed for peace, guarantor countries will be determined by The Organisation, and those guarantor countries will keep the peace and protect all sides’ lives and honours in that area. All the conflicts that may pop up after forming The Organisation, The Organisation will have a right to interfere. This Interference liberty is up to the decisions of the delegates of The Organisation which represents the willpower and the conscience of the nations and peoples and by that, all humankind.>

Article 3_ Collecting the Weapons of Mass Destruction:

The third step is to end all researching processes about nuclear, chemical, or biological weapons and any kinds of war materials and firearms; and collecting these kinds of weapons and materials. To end all researching processes and to shut down all related facilities a unit must be assembled that consists of scholars and scientists (there could and should be individuals from countries that have those kinds of weapons), task force (security officers), technical workers and labours and all other units with all kinds of authorizations and equipment under the leadership of the delegates from countries which don’t have any nuclear, biological or chemical weapons.⁵ (Unit one, pls. Look at fn. 5)

To make this happen, there must be another unit ( Unit Five ) that needs to be formed with all kinds of authorizations for budget allocation;

The total amount of expenditures of the Top 10 countries that have the highest military budget (T10CHHMB) is almost 1.2 trillion dollars. And with numbers to be more clear: 1.200.000.000.000 $ (USD). And according to the U.S. Congress of Joint Economic Committee; Gun violence costs the U.S. 229 billion $s annually. This amount only goes for the United States of America. And there isn’t any single city devastated by war in the U.S. Just think about the cities devastated around the world and how much they cost all of us indirectly. There isn’t any evidence unfortunately about how much money the world is spending on WEAPONS and how much for covering the damage that they led to. If it would be thought widely; there is no doubt that the total cost of it reaches at least ten(s of)trillions of dollars each year. With this money, humankind would step into a new age. The whole world can live in richness and comfort with that money. Even the richest ones can be richer. Viruses and international disasters could be eliminated easier. And below, this statement will explain how the world can use this money for the best version of the world ever. In sum; it should be stopped. And The Organisation and the wills of the people who read this statement are going to make this happen finally in this age.

So, to make that happen; first, we must remember that every nation will stop their military spendings immediately when The Organization is starting to be formed! And top 10 nations that have the highest military budget(T10CHHMB), are going to divide their military budget amount into 4 parts. The first two parts will be sent to The Organization which means half of their expenditures. First-quarter will be spent for the top 10 or 20 least developed countries’ education, health, and technology needs. Also, the top 10 countries that have the highest military budget (which will be written as T10CHHMB in this statement from now on)will share their technological, scientific experiments with the least developed 10 or 20 countries. Second-quarter of their spendings will be added to The Organization’s budget. With this budget, The Organization will form companies for further subsistence and will form task forces for certain reasons in this manifest. (Those companies’ profits will only be used for the subsistence and operation of The Organisation. And because The Organisation is composed of literally every nation on the planet; it will be impossible to corrupt. Please make contact to understand how to develop a peaceful order to prevent corruption for good.) And the third and fourth parts will be reserved for those countries’ citizens (citizens of T10CHHMB). One quarter for tax reductions and last quarter for social state spendings, funds and other social benefits. And these two will be audited by

But those countries that have nuclear or chemical or biological weapons can not participate in any process about taking decisions about these weapons. They only can and should participate in the technical parts of the process.>
The Organization and be ensured about these spendings will be spent in right, just, and transparent ways. Note: After the publicity of this statement, if a country tightens its arms and defence industry spendings, the part that has been tightened will not be considered; but if a country increases its spendings, then the increased parts also will be considered. There is an important point that needs to be pointed more; all countries will transfer an amount which equals to one-quarter of their military spendings except the ones which have been mentioned above (because they will send the half). So If they spent much, then they will transfer more, if they spent less, then they will transfer less. And other countries (other than T10CHHMB) can save three-quarters of their spendings and with that money, they shall make the world better for their citizens.>

The aforementioned Task Force (Unit One), is going to transfer all nuclear, biological, or chemical war based research materials including dossiers, documents and materials, and samples into the bases that will be founded in several areas around the world (and these areas will be considered as non-nation embassy sites affiliated to The Organization). And these all kinds of materials are going to be one and only copies of their kinds and all the other copies/samples/similars will be annihilated. If they couldn’t be annihilated then they will be transferred into the secret bases that will be founded in the areas earmarked for The Organization (only the related Organisation staff and related country officials will know their locations). All researches and processes will be terminated at once when this Organization is formed, and all the bases related to the nuclear, chemical, biological weapon systems will be shut down and demounted. And only after that if any research would be useful for the world as a whole, it will be analysed under the supervision of The Organization’s Science Committee and if it will be approved (if it is safe and useful for all humankind) the research will start under the roof of The Organization.⁶

Article 4_ Collecting the Unlicensed Firearms Worldwide and Forbidding Them and the Very Highest Purpose of the Organisation:

After all of these steps, the biggest step is global disarmament. Although humans needed firearms to protect their country’s borders, important bases and documents, and leaders, and to be not known how much power they have because of the one-upmanship amongst them. But in a world that the one-upmanship only exists in the fields of technology, science ( which beautifies our lifestyle and makes the world better and livable), art, agriculture, and economy; there is no need for firearms as

And of course, these bases will be guarded by The Organization’s guarding forces that will be assembled from all nations’ citizens. In each and every Organisation embassies and bases, there will be officers from at least 10 different nations. And those nations will be determined as being from different continents as much as possible. Nuclear, biological, and chemical weapon samples will be positioned apart from every kind of settlement with a particular distance that is stated as safe. If it is impossible, it will be discussed in The Organisation that if they could or should be annihilated.
If any conclusion does not appear, discussions will be delayed repeatedly until finding a middle ground in order to the possibility of new ideas and solutions would come. Within this time, those materials will be transferred to a place which will be envisaged as the safest and will be protected as safe as much that could be possible. And this method of finding a solution is the most important method of finding solutions in The Organisation. Because there are true answers for all, for everyone. So discussing in a civilized manner again and again with different perspectives will definitely deliver the solution one day.>

Of course, there are some questions to answer: Like where to put anti-aircraft weapons or drones with firearms? We mustn’t forget that disarmament means to drop using and building all the machines, planes, airships, ships etc. that include firearms. Apart from the requirements indicated in this declaration’s context, all nations will go on living their lives as same as they were before the Organization. (except T10CHHMB, there will be a penalty of sharing technology and science and healthcare for them. A world in which there isn’t war, this sharing of technology and science will be useful for every country that is being at issue. And this obligation is only for T10CHHMB. This obligation may be postponed or cancelled by the delegates after forming the Organization.) So those machines can be used when the weapons on them are dismantled. In short; all countries will protect their borders and whatever they must protect but not with firearms, with technological materials that won’t be brutal and that makes it impossible to shed blood. And of course without the violation of the private lives of people.⁷

Purpose of The Organisation:

The Very Highest Purpose of The Organisation is to end wars and collect all firearms and materials that could be an element of mass destruction, nuclear weapons and materials that could be an element of mass destruction, biological weapons and materials that could be an element of mass destruction, chemical weapons and materials that could be an element of mass destruction. And to keep and protect these mentioned weapons’ one and only samples (firearms can be kept in vast numbers as they could be used for protecting the world against outer-world dangers) in the safest way for future emergencies that may occur which today’s humans can or can not envisage yet.⁸

7 <Fn. 7: We must build a world in which people are not forced to use cameras or location datas. Also, we must not forget that some people are and could be sensitive about cameras or their other privacy data. One’s freedom can not violate another’s freedom. So, freedom must be logical and acceptable for all. Especially about cameras (which could be really really violator and dangerous about children’s and other innocent beings’ lives) and location data. So in any country, people shall not be forced to use cameras or GPSs. And in any indoor areas cameras must be forbidden to use and in public spaces (open spaces or outdoor or outside of the buildings) people who are willing to use cameras for taking selfies etc. must remind themselves to not shoot other people’s faces. If some people think that their faces have been shot they can sue the ones who shot. And there should be a fine to pay who shot other’s faces. And will be ensured that those shots will be deleted. If people are paying attention to not shoot other’s faces they can use their cameras. If we think about the dangers of technology and how dangerous and devastating it could be for some lives (and those some lives could be anyone including our beloved ones) this is the most secure and logical and beautiful way to use them. Using these things are having other problems also; like labelling people. It could be highly devastating for people if their governments are corrupted or sinister. Or some hackers could use those data to subvert nations’ orders and systems, and that could cause chaos or could be devastating for innocents.
Must be remembered that some of the countries which are not as developed as to use or make stun gun or have not a technology to make these kinds of technological inhibitors (like jammer devices), may use bows and arrows or these kinds of primitive weapons only to protect their important or sacred values and assets. (Because these weapons can not be used for mass killings.) And if there will be any operation against any country that they can not repel, then these countries would and should appeal to the Organization and The Organization is going to end that issue in an absolute manner.
PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT THE DELEGATES CAN CHANGE OR CANCEL THIS TERM FOR SOCIAL LIFE. The most important matter in this footnote is that; anyone shouldn’t be forced to use any cameras or location applications which show their locations to the government or to other parties or to individuals. If it will be thought thoroughly, there isn’t any security reason for using cameras and location applications for people and there is no need for governments to force their people to do so in a universe that there wouldn’t happen any massive violence attacks.
We must not forget; in a world that abolished the matter “World Leadership” and superseded it by a civilized system that depends on CO-DECISION PROCEDURE, no one would try to steal one another’s secrets. And such a world like this in which security forces are composed of every nation, ethics works naturally and no one needs to worry.>

In case of accomplishing this mission, the only missions will be; are to continue the researches about technological weapons that could be useful to the world as a whole and safely, and to keep international peace by the equal rights and votes of each and every nation, and to protect cultural heritages and climate and human rights by the equal participation of authorities from every possible nation. And other things that are written in this statement are The Purposes of The Organisation. But the essential one is to bring peace and bring the most livable order and maintain it. To make these happen, even the climate changing, all solutions point to Disarmament. In sum, to end wars, slavery and political pressures that the countries use against another which makes humans’ lives miserable. And indirectly to end pollution and global warming, and to change all unwanted conditions that these bad things which are written above may cause.

To make The hereby mentioned Disarmament happen, there is a need for forming another unit and task force. (task force unit two) The first mission of this task force is to provide a ceasefire and disarmament on each and every conflicted zone on the planet.9 (fn.9) As mentioned before above; the ceasefire will be made to happen by the guarantor countries if there are for those conflict zones. If there aren’t any guarantor countries, then The Organisation will appoint as much as needed if there will be a need for them. Organisations or companies or governments that supply arms for the groups called as rebels or resisters or terrorists, are secondarily responsible. If they would be asked for help and they help The Organisation in this process (about collecting arms and providing ceasefire and maintaining the peace on that zone), then they won’t be punished as a whole10 (fn. 10) for past acts

Because of this decision is the decision which is taken by the majority of all of the humans on the planet, the civilized world as a whole, wisdom, love, and Peace; all countries and nations will be united about this matter and will fight together against those: companies or traders that keep continuing to maintain firearms into conflicted zone’s locals or conflicted sides and all the terrorist groups or resisters who choose not to yield up firearms they possessed and all other governments or companies or groups or any kinds of organisations that supports them. It is essential to collect firearms from those who are known as terrorists or resisters or rebels. And that must be noted that if any rebellious group is right and just on their cause and their claims, the delegates will give their right to them; but not with fighting, but with peace. >
10 <Fn. 10: After collecting all firearms, if there were crimes against humanity, those crimes will be investigated and the cases will be tried. Even if the governments had a share in those crimes, they won’t be held responsible. But only involvings of individuals who work under those governments and played a part in those crimes will be investigated and if they have a share in those crimes then they will be brought to trial in the court of world citizenship that will be assembled by The Organisation. How to make that happen will be decided by the CHILDREN OF THE CIVILIZATION OF THE WORLD who realize this project and bring it to life and send delegates. But the most important thing is definitely to collect the firearms from conflicted zones, and to make any kinds of groups known as resisters or terrorists or rebels have no firearms, and to make the ones who provide firearms to those groups not being capable of distributing firearms. Saving innocents is today’s issue, bringing criminals to trial is tomorrow’s. Please look further (art.6)for more explanation about this matter.>

like organising terror attacks or maintaining firearms to the terrorists or leaking/supplying information etc. If The countries or companies accepted as highly affected on conflicted zones and those which provide firearms into those zones or to the relatives of those zones can’t help The Organisation until the time that ‘Task Force Unit Two’ will be formed (if they won’t or can’t stop firearm dealing, and if they won’t or can’t collect firearms or will not or can not help The Organisation to collect firearms), then The Organisation will provide The Peace by using enormous power (it will come to that point and would be necessary) to protect innocents in those areas, and will have a right to recycle and use the materials that will be collected from those zones to maintain Organisation’s budget, and will have a right to investigate and impose sanctions to those countries or companies which have the power to change and would not choose to help when they had a chance to help.

After all these accomplishments are done, all of the arms companies will be shut down and the matter of helping the owners to build new businesses will be taken on board in The Organisation. Peace is for everyone and no one’s rights shall be violated. And then, all informs about unlicensed firearm dealings, distributions and productions will be taken into consideration and will be ended with severe enforcements by a task force formed by The Organisation. ( task force unit three)11 (fn. 11)

This Taskforce (U.3.) will be heavily armed because the malevolent people are not disarmed yet and for this reason, there is a need for protection for The Task Force officials; virtuous and peaceable persons coming from every nation. Armament of this task force and other task forces included security officers will go on until all weapons around the globe will be collected, after that they will be disarmed strictly. ( After these phases, security officers can use tranquilizer guns, stun guns, jammer devices, other technological improvements for protection which couldn’t be a cause of mass killings, or maybe even primitive weapons if they are permitted and trained.)

Within this period no one of the governments will use firearms apart from defending purposes.

(Must be remembered that the conflicted areas are in peace by protecting and controlling of The Organization.) If a country would be attacked, The Organization which represents all folks’, all world nations’ willpower, is going to use power to end mentioned attack and seize firearms of both sides who are in conflict. And to those who start or organise a war, conflict, or chaos without a just cause; will be imposed severe sanctions. And from these sanctions, if it’d be necessary or The Delegates decide that it would be better, all other countries could be benefited. (These sanctions could be mostly fines and great fines, and definitely not a death penalty.)

After this stage is accomplished, all other weapons and firearms (are which licensed) will be collected except the official governments and the security officers working under their public services. (Doesn’t matter if those firearms are licensed or have a carry permit. If some of the civilians are living in flyover lands or upcountry areas or any other rural zones or wildlife areas and they have to carry weapons to

protect themselves against wildlife or against malevolent and corrupted souls; they will be given tranquillizer dart guns or if they’d like; stun guns or bows, arrows, and long knives or swords. This text recommends to the people who will achieve its goal; the Tranquillized Weapons and stun guns or other similar technological types of equipment which developed for the protection of lives. In any case, those weapons and their holders will be documented by The Organisation and Local Governments. Should be foreseen that The Organisation is going to research and develop and/or organise the production, distribution and using processes of long/short-range tranquillizer dart guns and/or similar kinds of weapons and their technologies.) What is essential is to spread a comfortable, technological, safe and enjoyable life to the whole world up to the mark by providing enhanced protection to human life and by keeping dangers away from letting bloods shed.¹²

All the surplus firearms will be recycled in safe plants which will be built on the specific safe zones for the health of ecology. All countries will provide the requirements for planting the bases which will be used for recycling the firearms that are produced or being in their lands. All countries could use the recycled materials for their citizens if they would cooperate or they can sell them or hand them on to the arms companies in the condition of not to use them in the military industry but for recoupment. If a country can not build and run the plants in 10 years period, The Organisation will have a right of seizure of the base and materials that will be waiting to be recycled.

If a government’s officiality is contentious, all of the conflicted and claiming areas related to that government will be protected by The Organisation. During this progression, all of the suggestions that could solve the problems will be put on the table until there will be a solution that all delegates would agree on. If there won’t be such a solution, Organisation’s control will continue. The cases that couldn’t be solved during this process will be put back on later sessions. Again, during all these progressions, all of the long-range missiles and bearer machines or mechanisms of these arms like planes, aircrafts, ships of all sorts, submarines etc. will be blocked to be transferred abroad from their country borders or to be transferred from the earth to the space or to be buried. Besides these, any sort of weapons or materials that could be used with those machines, or all remote-controlled units that weapons could be attached on; are going to be forbidden and they will be banned to use if those dangerous materials wouldn’t be disarmed. (Planes, submarines, ships, drones, aircrafts, or similars of these mechanisms will be allowed to go abroad if their firearm attachments will be removed and handed over to The Organisation.)

Because the main theme of this social movement is to make the world live in peace. But peace would never come without logical statements. Just as the firearms are being so wrong and illogical for this era, also the absence of defensive weapons are equally wrong. But making the global disarming a reality with such an Organisation that the whole world nations would agree on, by gathering the common wills of all world nations, by protecting the interests of each one of them (separately and collectively), is the most logical and most suitable solution for the 21st-century people, and a very late one. Yes, it is a late solution that could already have saved the world from global warming, famines, water shortages, and all other expected catastrophes. And it is an emergency call to the world, it is the last option. If we skip this last resort, this last chance, the end of the world probably comes quickly, whether consider it would come from climate change, from war, from water famine or energy wars or nuclear idiocracy etc.>

Article 5_ Collecting of all Firearms (from governments):

After there won’t be any firearms in the world except the ones which belong to the official governments and their officers, their firearms will also be collected. And from those collecting weapons, a determined number and quality of weapons will be transferred to a specific base or a couple of bases within the borders of those countries, and those bases will be regarded as The Organisation’s bases. Compensation of those firearms will be covered by the surplus firearms’ recycling if there would be any, if there wouldn’t be or the recycling of surplus amount will not be sufficient to cover their loss\ a payment might be deferred from The Organisation’s budget. ( Delegates can change or delete this sentence if they wish.) Because of the world nations have agreed on not to fight against each other, these weapons will be handed over ( after a payment deferred for recompensing their cost value ) to The organisation to protect world citizens equally against any kind of violation of Peace on the planet whether this violation is from the outer world or inside. Nations won’t need firearms separately because they will not be fighting each other anymore. (Tranquillizer guns, stun guns, or bows and arrows or swords will be given to the security officers. And they will be trained about using them. Any kinds of these weapons’ usages, distributions and productions will be required official permit from The Organisation and they and the individuals who are related to them will be booked and archived.) In each and every facility of The Organisation, there will be officers from at least 10 different nations.

The Delegates will discuss what should be the numbers and qualifications of the Security Forces if there will be an assault from outer world or a catastrophic event arises that causing any kind of disaster or chaos. And the matter of giving training and hiring the soldiers or security officers (the ones who already are serving as soldiers) shall be discussed also.

After accomplishing this step, all firearms within the Organisation will be collected and kept in safe bases for the possibility of extraterrestrial assaults or the possibility of malevolent people’s desire to produce firearms and make any kinds of chaoses to use them. And after all, Organisation forces will be trained from time to time with those weapons and firearms (planes, ships, helicopters and tanks and such included) due to there might be some kind of assaults to the World Peace, they must be ready to protect.¹³ Also, our security forces shall not forget how to use firearms for safety and technology development purposes. After every training, all firearms will be collected again. Every military force working for The Organisation serves each and every world nation equally. And every country has equal rights on those forces. Against any global threat; decisions about how to use the military forces of The Organisation will be made by The Organisation where every country participates equally ( there isn’t any exception about equality).

13 <Fn. 13: That shouldn’t be forgotten; there will be security officers from each and every nation in every base of The Organisation and security force and task force. They will protect the world as a whole. This project will bring ethics to the empathy level. If the security officers are composed of different nations and different peoples which all of them also have beloved ones to protect, then they will protect the other beloved ones with the same sensitivity.
Maximum attention will be paid to this equal participation by each country as also by each individual on the planet. If some countries can not participate, their problems about not being able to participate will be tried to solve peacefully. The World is our common and shared home so we need to manage it together therefore we need to convince to participate our brothers and sisters without manipulation but with peace and respect. Each voice and vote of each and every delegate is an indication of their nation. Ammunitions that will be needed for trainings and tests (for training and technological development purposes) will be provided by a company or several companies that — will be formed which -belong(s) to The Organisation.>

From that date forward making bows and arrows and swords and so, will be permit-required. Anyone who wants to use or make them as an activity of arts, sports or cultural craftings, will have to apply for permission to the agencies of The Organisation and they will be able to do their activities by that. Anyone who wants to take part in those activities also will need to get permission. This shall be an easy step since there will be plenty of agencies of The Organisation around the globe.14 (pls. Have a look at Fn. 14) Just like that, from that date forward any kind of bladed articles will be permit required for the purposes of making, using, carrying and any kinds of trading. If a person has permission to carry because of an act of sport or art, they can carry bladed articles. People can carry little knives or building tools (like screwdrivers or razor blade knives, but razor blade knives can not be longer than 3cm) if their works are related to use them. For All other carriages of these tools, those tools must be in their package (unpacked) and a bill must be with them which indicates that those are bought freshly (as a representative of the distance from market to the user’s address.) Any of the carriages besides these, are banned. The case of people who are living far from settlements is stated above.

Article 6_ Other Issues:

To make The Organisation operate successfully; all countries commonly defray the necessary costs of The Organisation and the costs that will be needed for its founding ( in a proportion as they spend to military ). ( Any money shall not be demanded and taken by the special firearms companies for this. ) To set a budget and accumulate money for success; affiliated foundations will be established and affiliated companies will be founded to The Organisation.

All organisations like NATO will be closed, and all of their operations will be ended because they are meant for war. Also, organisations like the United Nations will be abandoned to shut down, because of the inequality and unjust operations in which some countries dominate their courses. Also, ECRH (CEDH) will be closed because of the same reasons. There will be a Court formed and united under The roof of Organisation. This Court will also be composed of each and every nation’s judges and prosecutors. All cases regarding the Human Rights and moreover The Living Rights (plants, animals, and other living creatures) could be tried in this court. People from all over the globe can apply to the agencies or embassies or can appeal to courts that will be built for The Organisation for their demands and needs and calls related to The Living Rights. If a case and its subjects are related to a government and their secrets, then the case will be tried secretly under The roof of The Organisation but by only the judges and prosecutors that came from that related country and by their laws (cases will be tried according to their rules and laws). If they can not solve the problem and the plaintiff would like to go to the higher court; then every nation’s judges and prosecutors will try a joint case and they will be sworn for secrecy and the case will be secret to the public. The details of it will be discussed when The Organisation formed.

14 <Fn. 14: If it would be thought deeply, if this statement and The People would achieve their goals, the world will be a more global world and a more national world as the same. It will be more global because the usage of the money will change and all the embassies and agencies would provide employment worldwide and because of all of the other benefits. And it will be more national because nations will live on peacefully and siblingly (they will, at last, be acting as they are brothers and sisters of each other) and the borders will not be broken anymore. No more trespassings, no more unjust demands, and claims, no more refugees because everybody will be happy on their lands. Of course, there shall not be given lands for every nation in the world due to logical reasons, but each and every folk can live peacefully in their habitats. Like Americans (native) for instance, where to put them? Or where to put Celts (Celtic people) etc. We must learn to live in peace and acknowledge that we are sharing the same home.>

There will be a task force united for protection of the world heritages and they are going to protect the world’s heritages from the ones who are keen about writing their names on them or from the ones who are affiliated to stealing of arts etc.. This task force (if it is not necessary) will not be composed of security officers but technological elements and officers who control them.

And there will be a unit formed for putting our climate into order. They will try to convince people and their governments (without any kinds of manipulation and usages of forces) to live more conservationistly. Every country will be free to produce green energy. All individuals will be free to sell green energy to some extent. Sales quota will be determined later by The Organisation if it would be needed. And Green Energy will be at the top of every government’s agenda. Self-sufficiency will be provided for each and every country and this has not an exception. By this way, there will be no more slavery on the planet, and countries will not have a desire to fight for energy.

In case of any possible world crises (like water wars scenarios), The Organisation will organise the people for trying to find a solution together and each and every individual of the world citizenship will abide by the decisions of the Organisation. In case of any global chaos, if the governments lose their authority; then The Organisation will take over the management of those countries. When the chaos passes, Organisation will help those countries’ citizens to form their own governments.

The Organisation can not force people to do something or definitely can not be related to any political or religious action. Can not force or manipulate people into changing their ideas or beliefs.

There will be a unit formed and a task force UNITED from each and every nation, to fight against cybercrimes.

It will be banned to use any kinds of cameras (that could cause labelling of individuals) in public without permission from The Organisation. This is only for mandatory rules that make people use cameras and GPS even if they don’t want to. So people can not be forced to use applications or cameras for “safety reasons”. But this subject must be handled by The Delegates thoroughly! If you gave up your freedom for safety, then you could lose both. And one’s freedom can not cost the other one’s freedom. And last but not the least; when the world nations come together to form this Organisation, The Delegates of The Organisation can change the articles of this statement by collaborative efforts of them all. But those changes shall not be contrary to the essential founding purposes and basic tenets which had been written as ideas or as article contents in this statement. May The Peace be upon everyone.
