When I joined Medium at first I thought, it had one of the best communities I’d ever seen. It was just fascinating to me how everyone appeared so supportive and there were barely any mean comments in sight. It was such a contrast to my experience on Twitter, which is practically hell.
It was no surprise that it swept me off my feet and I got hooked.
I was still on that Lalaland until I became a writer on Medium.
Then I realized there were a lot of snakes in this little paradise I had discovered.
Hate filled writers who seemed to thrive on chaos.
And some poor people were falling victim to these vermin.
