The Government Has Money. They Just Don’t Want To Spend It on Us.

The government has money to spend on the people, but they purposefully spend it on other things like commercial development projects, enriching themselves, tourism projects, and projects that benefit their cronies.

Most of the time when the government says there’s no money to be spent on people…sure, that may be true to an extent. But they also choose not to spend a portion of whatever IS available.

Instead, they allocate those funds towards non-essential, less pressing projects or endeavours.

Especially at a time when many people are poor and facing various socioeconomic difficulties, this really is wrong for the government to behave this way.

There’s always poor management

It really comes down to how the government manages and distributes its existing funds. As much as the government may be in debt or only have a finite amount to spend, I guarantee you there’s a lot of wastage and stealing of funds meant for the people by certain politicians and officials.
