I Tried the 75 Medium Challenge , And It Quietly Changed My Life
Three months ago I felt trapped.
Not broken: just caught in a loop of erratic thoughts, aimless goals, and mindless scrolling. I was not lazy. I was simply worn out from beginning over once more.
I then discovered something else — something practical.
It was not 75 Hard.
It was 75 Medium.
A Challenge Not Really Scared Me
With two workouts each day, rigid diets, no room for mistake, the initial 75 Hard challenge was demanding.
It sounded more like punishment than development.
Here is what I promised myself over 75 days:
One 45-minute daily exercise (even one walking)
Eat clean, deliberately not perfectly.
Drink three liters of water.
Evaluate ten pages of a nonfiction work.
Ten minutes of meditation or journal entry
I slipped with no sanctions. Not guilt should I nap.
Just me, gently showing up.
