How to Remain Positive and Calm
Crux of the problem
We, the human kind expect happiness all the time. And we know sadness is born when we don’t receive what we expect.
Expectation kills. We lose our mind and become negative.
Sometimes forceful situations push us to negative arena. To keep ourselves in virtual happiness, we don’t acknowledge the problem that we have in our hand.
Not acknowledging the problem will create negativity in our mind as the problem will grow big mentally and substantially.
Once we acknowledge the problem and start finding the solution of it, we are in better position to tackle it. That’s how you remain calm even if you are in deep troubles.
There are actually 3 ways to build positive mindset.
- Smile more often. Smile when you start the day. Smile if you see someone. Smile for you are alive. Smile while having the meal.
Researchers say ‘Regular Smiling’ is like an antidote to negativity. It reduces the toxicity of a negative situation.
2. Listen to those songs that surfaces more often in your YT playlist or Spotify playlist. Listening to your favourite music or song can calm your mind to think better. Cluttered mind is never calm.
