It’s actually quite simple
I said simple — I didn’t say easy.
But once you figure it out it’s actually quite easy, too.
Most people rely on motivation to get things done. If they feel like, they do it. If they don’t, they don’t. And this leads to a host of problems:
- Procrastination
- General laziness
- Failing yourself by not doing what you set out to do
The list goes on and on.
How many of you even remember what your resolutions were for 2024, much less stuck with them? We can be so fickle.
But here’s the good news —
The problem isn’t you. Not this time. Not in particular. Motivation is a twig that snaps under the weight of any long term goal, no matter who sets it.
NO ONE IS MOTIVATED 24/7/365.
