When you’re deeply engaged in a task, it’s common to feel depressed or nervous. These feelings often disappear once the work is completed satisfactorily. Modern life presents countless challenges — endless financial struggles, work interruptions, health issues, conflicts with family, spouses, neighbors, and peers. These social and personal problems can feel overwhelming, and another emerges as soon as one issue is resolved. Life is a constant change cycle, bringing new worries and mental stress.

Our habits and behaviors also contribute to environmental and mental pollution. The interconnected elements of life and the powerful forces within unsoften create situations that clash with reality. One thought forcefully replaces another, disturbing our peace of mind and leaving us tense or stressed. Anxiety and tension are inevitable in modern life, and we must learn to face them. If we can’t eliminate them, we must adapt to living with them. The sooner we accept this, the better.
