If you’re looking to become a senior designer in 2025, or if you are already a senior, you must know that times are changing. With AI advancing almost everything, we are in rapid iteration process of our career.
But do you already know what changes you need to bring in your work or your daily life, to make yourself irreplaceable? Well, technically, everyone is replaceable, and that is why humans come with an expiry date.
Most designers so far have only been ‘executing’ what their PMs or leadership tells them to do. Many of them are low on manpower, which is the driving force behind why they’re nothing more than ‘pixel pushers’ within their organizations.
And there is nothing wrong in that if you’re a junior or entry-level designer. But if you’re a mid-level or senior, you need to bring your A-game, right now.
It’s 2025, and within five months of this year AI has advanced more than it did in the last complete year, and the growth is going to be even more exponential in the future…
