On June 14, taxpayers in the U.S. will be required to spend as much as on Donald Trump’s birthday party for himself.
How much do you spend on a birthday party?
At Chuck E Cheese, you might spend $99 for the “birthday star” plus five kids. Or for a teen, you could have a neon dance party in your living room for no more than the cost of a cake plus fluorescent paint and some glow paint pens for guests to decorate their clothing. And there’s always the Karaoke option, with a mic that can cost as little as $15. Plus the cost of a cake.
Why, then, $92 million for Donald Trump’s birthday?
Donald Trump’s birthday this year is going to cost American taxpayers the equivalent of 920,000 birthdays for kids whose parents are not billionaires.
