Lately, I’ve been waking up anxious. I can’t help but stay in bed for an extra hour, reflecting on my 20’s as I’m turning 30 in a month. Feeling deeply dissatisfied with my life, I wonder how I allowed myself to skate through all of these prime years.
Many of us Millennials don’t feel like we’re where we should be in life. Things don’t always go according to plan — if we even had a plan in the first place. But it isn’t panic time yet. We’re still relatively early in the process.

Most 20 something-year-olds have yet to find their purpose. 8 out of 10 classmates I knew picked their college major out of desperation. The mantra “I knew I would be an actor when I was 5” is an exception, not the norm.
