A few years ago, my perspective on plant-based food was quite mixed. Like many others, I grew up believing that staying healthy required meat and animal products. This idea was deeply ingrained, and I never questioned it until I started exploring nutrition and the environmental impact of my food choices. I began to ask myself: Why do we consume so much animal-based food, and are there alternatives that offer the same or even better nutritional benefits?

Dry fruits, lentils, and soybeans became my go-to sources of protein and vitamins. One day, I came across that has gained significant popularity in recent years. Intrigued, I decided to give it a try, and to my surprise, it was both delicious and satisfying. This marked the beginning of my journey toward plant-based eating.
