I put my finger on the map. When I glanced between the map and the compass, everything seemed to make sense. My calculations were accurate, as far as I could tell. And I believed I had deciphered all the clues properly.
Could I be wrong? Perhaps. Naida wouldn’t be happy with me if I was. But I was sure I was right. I had spent so long on this, expended so much energy. I was tired. This time, it would be worth it. All that hard work would pay off.
