I may well have ignored s recent post, Break Free From Safe Routines and Tap Into Your Deeper Calling.
But just last night, I finished reading , and now there’s no way I can ignore this message. Not with it coming at me from all directions!
The full title of ’ amazing little read is, Change the Recipe Because You Can’t Build a Better World Without Breaking Some Eggs!
How’s that for a message?
In sharing his story, this award-winning Chef wasn’t satisfied with just being one of the best and most innovative cooks in the world. And I’m talking Michelin star level here. No, his heart was too big to be contained in even the finest of kitchens.
When Hurricane Katrina struck some of New Orleans’ poorest neighborhoods, he was deeply moved but not yet in a position to help on the grand scale that called to his soul.
But he made sure that didn’t happen again.
Not the disasters, which were beyond his control. But his response. He created World Central Kitchen so he’d be ready. And ready he was.
