After 100 pillow flips
Sleep? Where are you?

I hate sleepless nights. It’s like my body is tired, but my mind refuses to rest.
I keep changing positions, turning to the right, then to the left. I flip my pillow at least a hundred times, hoping the cool side will comfort me, but it never really does.
I reach for my phone, scroll aimlessly, then toss it aside, thinking maybe the screen is making things worse.
I tightly shut my eyes, trying to force sleep, but it just doesn’t come. Thoughts start flooding in – overthinking everything that happened, everything that could happen, and things that probably never will. It’s exhausting.
If you’re going through something like this, you’re not alone. Sleepless nights can creep in quietly and stay longer than we’d like.
I searched about it and google says these are a few things that might help:
1. Limit screen time before bed:
Phones and screens keep the brain active. Try turning them off at least an hour before sleeping.
2. Set a routine:
Going to bed and waking up at the same time every day helps train your body clock.
