Since before the days of The Simple Life (which is not , despite what you think you’ve heard), I have followed the life and times of the now 43-year-old socialite-turned-modern businesswoman. Like many, I first became familiar with Paris sometime around 2002 when, seemingly overnight, she went from a relatively unknown “nepo baby” to Hollywood’s newest “it” girl. She wasn’t the first — nor the last — to gain insane media attention based on her famous last name, but she knew how to keep that attention on her, for better or worse.
