Say this, because this is a reminder that you are a lucky soul —that you have a lot to be thankful for, and that there are a lot of people around you who care about you.

Think for a moment.
Remember the night you felt so swamped with work that you had no idea when the date had changed? You were drained, yet ravenous, and of course, ordering a Pizza online was your only option.
There came the delivery guy with your dinner, within half an hour.
Did you feel grateful?
You might feel entitled to a service you have paid for, but it doesn’t hurt to say a word of appreciation. He rode all the way in the dead of the night and defeated the adverse weather to bring you food, after all.
