What Life Ought To Be
Mapping my life from 2024 — insignificant positives in an utterly imperfect life

Never in my life have I looked back and jotted down how the year went by. I probably never felt the need to. My happy-go-lucky personality, now lost somewhere in life’s wilderness, used to just roll from one year to the next without quite feeling the “new year” bump.
However, this time, after reading someone’s month-by-month journal on her 2024 life, I thought of jotting down what I experienced last year.
I am glad I did it. It was quite a revelation. I saw things that were lying in plain sight all this while but never took the time to absorb them and get a perspective. Or simply took them for granted.
