The relationship between a man and a woman is balanced in the scales of Libra. Regarded by many as the female goddess of love, Venus is its sole ruler.
Adam and Eve, now an old married couple, each doing their best for their partner. Mostly communicating with tender words and little kisses. Cuddles and hugs and grins and compliments.
Sometimes crossing swords with each other. A fight to the death over something that never mattered anyway. The occasional wounding barb that shatters the other to the core.
Staccato clipped words, spat out like machine gun fire guaranteed to destroy any remaining vestige of the controversial assertion with something approaching the speed of light.
A brooding silence, a dawning realisation that you’ve gone to far, a chilling silence, where only absolutely necessary words a spoken, and then with studied politeness, and deadpan faces. We have withdrawn each to their shell.
