Are you persistently and PROBLEMATICALLY single?
My girlfriend and I were chatting the other day — shooting the shit and catching up. During some story that I can’t quite remember, she casually mentioned that a friend of hers referred to her as chronically single.
Chronically single?
It was the first time I’d even heard the term. Truly, I was shocked and appalled. What type of “friend”, especially a woman, would call another woman chronically single?
After a few google searches, I sadly learned that it is a commonly used term. Who knew? Certainly not me.
Popular enough that I was able to find it under the , defined as:
when oneself is either unable to form relationships with the opposite sex or is rejected to the point they just want to be single to stay happy. Many people who are chronically single are either agressive , drug or alcohol , or but is not limited to those.
Let’s not stop there.
