This year is another opportunity to maximize your life
A year after a global contention with COVID-19, and we’re not completely out of the woods yet. Over 89 countries, according to already have cases of the new omicron variant which was first discovered by South African scientists in November last year.
Scientists that, unlike other variants, this variant appears to be less severe, although it remains highly transmissible and vaccine-resistant. Even with the many assurances of the variant’s mild effects and comparatively fewer records of hospitalizations, it remains potentially fatal to the unvaccinated.
The high transmission nature of this Covid variant means you and I, both vaccinated and unvaccinated, still have a self-responsibility to continue adhering to all the covid protocols to protect both our lives and our loved ones.
For many of us, post-pandemic life has been arduous. Transitioning back to what we called normal life has been many things, but nothing that bears a resemblance to the normalcy we knew before the pandemic.
Presently, “normal” appears to be overrated. People are optimistic but not naïve about the reality that many of the changes ushered in by the pandemic are here to stay. The normalcy we knew before will not…
