Your early 20s are a scary sight.
Where do you want to be in twenty years? Heck, five years? There are so many small habits you can implement in your early 20s to make a huge difference in your life later on. Those habits are what guide us depending on where this awkward map called life takes us.
Here are some habits I’ve implemented now that I wish I would’ve implemented sooner. Hopefully, these can alter the course of your life for the better as well.
- Work on your passion for one hour a day — This has helped me a ton with my writing career. My earnings have shot up ever since I began writing and publishing articles every single day. Compound interest always adds up.
- You can’t lose weight unless your change your eating habit over time — I don’t eat as bad I used to. Before I’d be the carb girl who ate pizza, spaghetti, burgers, and every other sugary delight I could get my hands on. Now I’ve slowly removed pizza, spaghetti, etc. out of my routine and I’ve been eating different ever since.
