Unless you learn to face your own shadows, you will continue to see them in others, because the world outside you is only a reflection of the world inside you. -Carl Jung

From family to friendships and relationships, all people we attract in our life show us parts of us we both like and dislike, parts we both embrace and repress.

The 7 Essene Mirrors teach us about interconnectedness and play a significant role in healing. Each mirror reveals a mystery of its own:

First mirror — Reflects to us that which we are

Second mirror — Reflects to us that which we judge

Third mirror — Reflects back to us something we lost, gave away or had taken away

Fourth mirror — Reflects back to us our most forgotten love

Fifth mirror — Reflects back to us our mother/father

Sixth mirror — Reflects back to us the quest for darkness or what is often reffered to as the “Dark Night of the Soul”

Seventh mirror — Reflects back to us our self perception
