Hi, there! How are you?
No, really. How are you? I mean the genuine answer, not the “tell the world what it wants to hear” one…Yes, that one.
Connecting with ourselves on a deeper level to truly understand where we’re at on this journey of life isn’t always straightforward. When people ask us how we are, we want to give the short, easy answer. “I’m doing alright, what about you?” And…that’s okay. I guess not everyone cares enough to know the real deal. Long as we care enough about our well-being and take time to tune into our inner world to see what’s really going on, the external factors don’t matter as much.
This month’s prompts are all about exploring that inner world in new, exciting ways. We all got used to the shadow work questions, but perhaps it’s a good time to switch it up and explore our mind and soul slightly differently.
This month’s prompts may come off as rather “abstract” at a first glimpse, but trust me, they will trigger something profound within you. I can’t explain what it is or how it works, all I can say is that it takes you places you’ve never been before. You’ll be accessing a new doorway to creativity and spirituality.
