Last year in August, I traveled to the Colombian Amazon to partake in a week-long ayahuasca retreat. Now, when I say ‘retreat’ I don’t mean the luxury experience that many plant medicine centers nowadays offer.

It now marks a year of integration so it’s a good time to look back. Ayahuasca guided me in so many more ways this last year, even after returning home.
