My Medium Earnings after Two Months of Writing
Two months, 108 followers later. How much did I make?
My start
I started writing on Medium in November 2024. I aimed to publish 3 times a week, which I fulfilled most of the time. So far, I have 21 Stories published, which led me to 108 followers after 2 months.
I also joined two different Publications, but I plan on extending this number in the new year.
At first, I had many ideas on what to write, but then my ideas were not that great anymore, and I felt a bit demotivated, trying to find topics I enjoyed.
But after time, I discovered other side hustles I wanted to pursue and realized that I could also share my progress on these as I also love reading stories about other writers’ side hustles.

I am not sure how to feel about my earnings, they’re quite low.
I also read an article by about him wanting to leave Medium and the pay cut he experienced during the years on Medium, and I really wonder what my earnings would look like if I started much earlier.
