April’s topics were challenging. For one of them, I had to try several kinds of lighting until it worked, but it’s still not really the vision I had for it. Another was a new type of photography for me, and for “Think Different” I knew which photo would be great, but I had to find and scan that old negative!

14: Sweet Stuff - Interpret that as you will.

Maple syrup. Not corn syrup or a “maple flavoured” syrup. Go for the real stuff (it has a maple leaf on it). You can tell it’s real at a breakfast restaurant if they charge extra for it and you’re trying to decide what you can afford or should splurge on — the syrup, or one extra egg (a topical issue in the U.S.).
