Fog Bathing: Nature’s Secret Healer
Take that foggy walk and let her heal you bit by bit.
She arrives at the sound of her whim
Singing a silent song; your soul’s requiem.
Down the mountain valley, afloat
Breathes into you, your heart’s antidote.
An invisible veil wafting in thin air
Whispering her gentle prayer;
Every heart beating in despair
Stumble into her,
Healing is her natural flair.
A white vapor in a gentle stroll
Covering the distant valley knoll;
Rolling away, she hugs Mother Earth,
Frees her from her Lover’s dearth.
Murmurs of wisdom between them,
Picked up by my silent brain,
As I walk in forest reign
Engulfed in her giant white domain.
Rolling towards me
In her gentle spree,
Brushes my cheeks cold
In her expanding fold.
