Excessive Sweating
A bi-product of chronic pain
Other than the undiagnosed ADHD, I also suffer with Chronic Pain (linked to the condition I was born with — Esophageal Atresia) and all the joys that come with that — like excessive sweating.
When I started this article I was going to focus on night sweats specifically — but I’ve realised I actually sweat wayyyyy more than I should throughout the day, too!

Most people do sweat during the night, but if you regularly wake up with soaking wet bedding it’s time to see the GP (… note to self…)
