Healing Depression Naturally

I recently created a course on how to be happier. As you follow these threads please keep in mind that the information presented in this course is for informational purposes only.

It is based on scientific studies, clinical experience, and/or traditional usage of food, herbs, nutritional supplements, and various body/mind approaches to the healing of depression and associated symptoms.
