You have plenty of time. The most of it is simply wasted on pointless activities.

You will eventually have to come to terms with this.

In 2022, the average user spends 2.5 hours a day on social media.
By 2020, Netflix subscribers were consuming 3.2 hours of video on average per day⁠, or 6 billion hours every month.
Upon viewing these statistics, one may think, “Wow! People “squander so much time,” as though we had no role in these statistics. However, we do. You belong to these. I do, too.

Blocking time
Cal Newport developed the simple time-blocking technique, which takes only a minute but greatly improves your day’s clarity.

Just allocate tasks to the 30-minute blocks (or 5-minute blocks, if you’re Elon Musk) that make up the upcoming day the night before. This is how it seems.
