The Hard Truth About Having No Discipline and How I Fixed It
I can’t tell you how many times I’d set goals, make big plans, or get super excited about a new project, only to watch it all fizzle out.
I’d start a new workout, stick to it for a week, then skip “just one day” and, before I knew it, I hadn’t worked out in months.
