The Hard Truth About Having No Discipline and How I Fixed It

I can’t tell you how many times I’d set goals, make big plans, or get super excited about a new project, only to watch it all fizzle out.

I’d start a new workout, stick to it for a week, then skip “just one day” and, before I knew it, I hadn’t worked out in months.

I’d buy a planner to start bullet journaling, write down all my goals, and even create to-do list for everything — only to abandon it after a few days because I wasn’t “feeling it.”

Sound familiar?

For years, I struggled to see myself as disciplined, and as much as I wanted to change, I just……didn’t.

Without discipline, my life was more chaotic than I cared to admit. Work projects got done last-minute, financial goals got pushed aside, and my health took a backseat.

Even relationships were affected because I could never quite keep up with commitments. And it wasn’t just disappointing — and the worst part was I had excuses for everything.
