The Witching Hour Wake Up Call

Do you awaken during witching hours?

I kept waking up at witching hours — the 3am, 4am, 5am.

This was infuriating, I wanted (I needed), sleep so badly.

Was it so much tiredness, was my body so exhausted or did I just want to ignore the world around me and my current state of living.

My brain told me I needed the sleep for survival.

My intuition told me I needed to make time doing something for myself.

I work a corporate 9–5. This daily spans out to 8–6, plus travel.

I was deeply losing myself to a job which offered me nothing but the bread and butter for my survival.

Repeat — I was losing myself to a job.

Deep inside my psyche I knew that I needed to make change. A cause and effect spiral. From years of thinking to actually doing.

The witching hour forced this upon me.

The witching hour wake up told me that contrary to my beliefs about my tiredness, they were simply beliefs and beliefs can be broken.

New patterns being formed.

You will hear it said over and over, you have 24 hours a day — why don’t you put aside one hour a day to do something for yourself. Work on…
