I’ve read every self help book under the sun.

I’ve invested in multiple courses and trainings.

I’ve taken calculated risks and hustled hard.

This surface level chitter chatter of information was getting me no where, to make changes to my money position — it was time to dig deep.

An article on swimming through the depths of change and diving head first into shadow work.

You may have heard therapists, coaches, counsellors speak of shadow work.

The practice of learning to understand your ego self, the part of you which holds you back from your dreams and instils fear into situations which haven’t even happened yet.

This all stems from something you have experienced in your life which has caused you to feel like you are not deserving of something. This can be formed from the environment you grew up in or your parents belief systems; direct influence from peers and society, or may be from an incident you experienced which cemented itself into your subconscious forming a part of your beliefs.

The basis of shadow work is to question yourself, reflect, and understand what made you form these beliefs in the first place…
