The Sunday Reset
Over the last few months, I have become a huge fan of the Sunday Reset. Yes, it may be a bit of an “on trend” to jump on.
It is one of those things that has always been a part of my life, but the “current trend” has encouraged me to adapt to things.

One of the things that I noticed when the concept of Sunday Reset appeared in my life, is the advice and tips seemed a little crazy. There is absolutely no way I am doing a grocery shop, and neither am I going to the gym nor am I deep cleaning my house. For me, these big busy tasks are Saturday behaviour.
Absolutely not Sundays!
For this Gen -X, Sundays are meant for lazy mornings, long walks, roast dinners, and chilling out!
A lot of the advice for Sunday reset seems unnecessarily “busy” and almost a hustle!
For me, Sunday, is the day of the week that is like a gentle sigh, inviting us to embrace tranquility, set our intentions, and reset our spirits.
It stands as a bridge between the week that was and the week yet to come, offering us a precious twenty-four-hour window to slow down, reconnect with ourselves, and prepare for the days ahead.
Sunday, often referred to as the “day of rest,” gives us a little comfort…
