“One Trick That helped Me Stick to Affirmations Every Day”

We often think big change needs big effort. But what if one small daily habit-repeated consistently-could shift how you think, feel and see yourself?

Thats what happened when I started stacking affirmations into my daily routine. I used to sytruggle with saying affirmations every day. But, I really loved the idea of starting my day with positive energy, but I would either forget, get busy with other stuff or simply not feel like doing it.

It happens to everyone I guess ?

It always felt like something I should do, but never something I could stick to.

I think I have started again n again for million times.

Then I came across with the concept of habit stacking in the Atomic Habits by James Clear. It felt so simple, You attach a new habit to an existing one. I thought, why not try stacking affirmations with something I already do in the morning?

“That one small thing changed a lot in me.”

How I Started Stacking My Affirmations

I started saying my affirmations while brushing my teeth. Since I never forget to brush. I stopped forgetting affirmations too. In fact, I have pasted my affirmations on my bathroom mirror. I did not require extra time or motivation — just a little awareness.

Some days I’d speak them out loud, other days I speak them quietly in my mind. But I did it every day.

What Changed for Me

Over time, I noticed something beautiful — I was slowly replacing my negative with positive ones.

I used to overthink everything, doubt myself, worry too much about the future. But, repeating kind, strong, positive and encouraging phrases daily started to rewire my mindset.

In fact, now when something negative comes to my mind, automatically in few seconds my mind says, everything gonna be amazing.

  • I love the person I am today
  • I have limitless potential
  • I feel calm and at peace
  • I am worthy and I am beautiful
  • I am consistently attracting abundance into my life and I love my life
  • Etc….
