Images can quietly help your blog rank higher on Google.

Not only on our blog website, but also in Medium articles, even when we select an image, we are given an option to write an Alt Text.
So what is it?
To make you understand in a simple language, it’s like a description of the image we are using.
Suppose you have picked an image of a doctor. So the Alt Text for it would be “A doctor with a stethoscope”.
But now the question here is, can you simply enter: Doctor? You can. But as long as it’s more descriptive, it adds more to Image SEO.
Alt Text Is Not Written for Humans!
You heard it right. It’s basically a description added to an image’s HTML tag.
