Grounding and Preparation
Take a moment to settle into your space. Whether you’re sitting or lying down, allow your body to relax. Close your eyes if you feel comfortable, and take a deep breath in through your nose… and slowly exhale through your mouth. Again, breathe in deeply… and exhale fully. Let your shoulders drop, your jaw soften, and your hands rest gently. With each breath, feel yourself becoming more present, more grounded, and more open to the journey ahead.
