This Young Entrepreneur Has Created 9 Businesses in 9 Years
The younger generation is on a trajectory that is light years ahead of their parents and grandparents.
My eldest will turn ten years old in a couple of months.
His behavior mirrors an old soul's, so nine years going on 90 is more his energy. I've seen an entrepreneurial spirit in him that I am committed to keeping ablaze.
As a millennial, I admire the younger generation. They are more authentic in defining their lives and careers and are willing to take risks to create the lifestyle they want.
Most notably, they are rewriting the old script from acquiring 4-year degrees and graduating with debt, getting 9 to 5 jobs, retiring at 65, and planning to explore hobbies after retirement if their strength and finances allow for such luxuries.
Instead, they are blazing a trail that is all theirs and leave zero room to settle in a life or career that doesn't fulfill them.
I am not slamming the script I felt handed and the tradition I knew and adhered to. However, I would have appreciated more enlightenment and exposure to explore a different life and career path.
