Back to the mat, back to myself.

For the past 6 months, I had been completely off yoga – no classes, no practice. Life got in the way, laziness took over, and despite knowing how much peace and happiness yoga brings me, I kept procrastinating.

But last week, I decided to show up. I told myself, “Just one day. That’s all.”

And today, I’ve completed a full week of consistent practice!

This small win feels huge. I feel more energetic, lighter, and more connected to myself.

After months of feeling low and sluggish, this one week of dedication has reminded me how powerful it is to return to what truly nourishes us – mentally, physically, and emotionally.

Here’s to rebuilding habits, honoring our energy, and giving ourselves the chance to restart.
