Who are you?
A common judgment is being made about different generations:
Millennials:
They are seen as hardworking individuals who value their word. They often prioritize their family, love, and the people around them.Essentially, they place great importance on relationships.
As of 2025, people who are 29 to 44 years of age can be termed as Millennials
Gen Z:
They are perceived as a generation that is clear about what they want to do, yet still feels confused and lonely. They are more fun-loving and believe in doing what they enjoy. They tend to be carefree and less concerned about others’
As of 2025, people who are 15 to 28 years of age can be termed as Gen Z
Gen Alpha:
They are shaping up to be even bigger players than Gen Z and are being raised by Millennials. They learn more from YouTube than from books. They are very smart, yet impatient. These are tech-savvy kids.
As of 2025, people who are 0 to 14 years of age can be termed as Gen Alpha
A recent example of the Gen Alpha generation is Vaibhav Suryavanshi, who made his debut at IPL for the team of Rajasthan Royals at the age of 14. Kudos, how do they identify their potential at such a young age?
