Why do we feel fear?
What if fear isn’t your enemy, but the universe’s way of keeping life alive through you?
Why do we experience fear?
Not simply as individuals. Not only as species.
But as part of something bigger — a cosmic design.
The universe, in all its wonder and wisdom, appears to have one silent desire: to witness itself.
And for that, life is necessary.
Every living being embodies the cosmic drive to watch, feel, and experience existence. Awareness does not exist in the absence of life. Without consciousness, the universe becomes an empty stage with no audience.
So when life is threatened, fear arises.
Because fear is more than just instinct.
It’s not only biology.
It is the universe’s ancient cry.
“Preserve this life, so I may know myself through it.”
Let us begin by asking: Is fear universal?
The short answer is “Yes”. Every type of life is fundamentally concerned with its own existence.
