We Cannot Control The Consequences

--

Life is kind of one-sided nowadays…

We aim for the top but we cannot stand being at the bottom. Even for when we get into arguments and whatnot. It only seems to drag us down even further…

It’s like we’re sea animals, but we eventually have to go back down into the water. The resistance, feeling, and tenacity that our ego puts us through might be the exact reason.

However, I believe it is more to that because even what we do could be the consequences that are held tomorrow. I don’t know how to say this, but can’t control the consequences.

As we cannot see the world through our lens, we have to see it through the world’s eyes (just another way of putting it)My point is if we are going to build ourselves and try to unite ourselves with people, our ego has to be out of the question.

Of course, there is some ego that we put into ourselves and the dreams that we hold to constitute our being. However, ego does not have its place with the people around us. There are times that I wish I listened to the person’s heart rather than just going about myself all day.

For example, you might find yourself going into a heated debate, and you can’t wait to tell [Mr./ Mrs. so and so] how idiotic they are for thinking that way.
