Hey you,
I don’t say this enough but I’m really proud of you. Not just for what you’ve done, but for the way you’ve carried your heart through all of it. You’ve stumbled, cried in silence, laughed when it wasn’t even that funny, and somehow still managed to show up the next day. That’s no small thing.

Sometimes I wish I could go back and hug the past you the one who felt like giving up, the one who overthought everything at 3 a.m., the one who smiled for others when their soul just wanted to rest. But then again, that same you? That same soft, fierce, chaotic, brilliant you? You got us here. And that’s pretty damn amazing.

So cry if you want to ugly cry, mascara cry, silent tear-roll cry but also laugh. Laugh at how you thought you’d never make it through some days. Laugh at your little awkward ways, your weird obsessions, and the fact that you once tried to "fix everything in one Sunday."

You're a masterpiece in motion. And I hope you never forget how deeply lovable, rare, and real you are.

Now drink some water, or cry into it either way, hydration is key 🗝️….
