The Silent Fight No One Sees

As of the time of writing this article, a recorded number of 371,996 suicides has occurred in just a space of months. You can take a close look at the numbers again. That’s a lot of humans gone, and it’s really sad how many are going and keep going.
We all are human, and that’s what makes us feel pain, we are not some automated machine that just moves and accomplishes tasks based on programs. We get drowned with a lot of anxiety that sometimes just hits.
My experience with depression hasn’t been an easy fight. Sometimes I lack the words to use to express how I feel at some point in time. Feeling alone and empty is just the peek of it.
And yes, the fight isn’t easy
Most times it takes years to fight and you may not win after all. But admitting that you go through this kind of thing is what helps.
You may be struggling with a lot of issues I definitely do not know about; Rent, Debts, Depression, Anxiety, Job, Family and many others I can’t remember.
It’s okay to admit it. It’s okay to say “I’m Human”.
