I believe in God.

Not because of how I was raised.

Not because of church.

Not because of worship music 🎶.

Not because others influenced me.

But because I’ve encountered his relentless, steadfast, unfailing, and merciful love over and over again 💖.

And one of the most valuable decisions we can make is to not compare our lives with what is happening in other people’s lives.

what is happening in other people’s lives has nothing to do with what God is doing in your life.

Don’t surrender leadership of your destiny to outside forces.

When you feel like complaining bring God into the situation.

Never give up on what you know you really should do.

Your persistence is proof you have not yet been defeated. Don’t be foolish enough to stop yourself from trying.

Forget perfection.

God has literally never failed me because every time I don’t know how am going to make it through — God shows up for me in ways I couldn’t imagine.
