I asked my mother to prepare tasty khadai paneer, but somewhere during the process, it transformed into paneer butter masala! 😂
Khadai paneer is typically a dry dish with minimal gravy, focusing on fried paneer, capsicums, and onions. However, this version took a flavorful detour, and I couldn’t complain!
The difference? The khadai paneer powder made its way into what was otherwise a classic paneer butter masala. Unlike the usual mild spices like garam masala, the added flavors gave the dish a spicy South India touch — because we can’t resist enhancing every recipe!
